Consultation

We will have a conversation with the client to get the whole picture of their financial life. Based on the conversation, we can make recommendations. We can provide bookkeeping for themselves or their building, assist them with applying for property tax exemptions, complete government required annual reporting for them, or help them plan for what future home would best fit their lifestyle and their needs.

Property Showing (Coming Soon)

After a consultation with the client(s), we will inform them of properties that fit their specifications. If they are interested in seeing any of them, an agent will schedule a time slot for the client(s) to privately tour the property.

Neighborhood Reports

If a client is interested in a property but wants to know more about what the area has for them, we can provide them a neighborhood report. This report features concise, easy-to-read graphs and maps of neighborhood-level data, that includes nearby Landmarks, Health Clinics, Public Transportation, Restaurants, Arts & Cultural Centers, Shopping, and School Districts & Education. It will give them a better understanding of how close these places are in relation to properties they are interested in.

Government Required Annual Reporting

New York State has required annual reporting for property owners. We can assist property owners in filling out these reports and registrations, some of which are listed below.

-Annual Rent Registration: Due April 1st

-Bedbug Report: Due December 31st

-Building Registration: Due September 1st

-RPIE: June 1st

-Boiler Registration

We will assist the client on what reports they need to file and by what date.

Property Tax Exemptions

If you meet certain requirements, you may be eligible for a property tax exemption. We can assist a client in determining if they are eligible for one as well as helping them through the application process. Some common property tax exemptions are listed below.

-Disabled Homeowners' (DHE)

-Enhanced STAR - Seniors aged 65+

-Senior Citizen Homeowners' (SCHE)

-STAR Rebates -School Tax Relief

-Veterans Exemption

Bookeeping Services

As a property owner, you can elect for your tenants to report to our office for rent collection to save you the hassle. By doing this, we can track the income for your building(s). In addition, we can create expense reports, do payroll for the superintendent(s) of the building, and create budgets for the property.
